The medicine she makes
Saeja has been organically growing a large variety of medicinal herbs for since 2020, and wildcrafting since 2015. Everything she makes is harvested sustainably and regeneratively, or grown with organic practices.
The medicine holds an essence of intention and prayer that translates through its healing capacity. All of it is crafted to be potently medicinal, so that it may have the greatest healing effect.

Since 2018, Saeja has spent more than a year and a half studying traditional medicine practices in both the Andes and the Amazon of Peru.
She has spent time with families of the Shipibo tribe learning to work with herbal medicines in traditional ways, and many months in Chavín de Huántar in the Andes studying traditional practices, the temple of Chavín, and earth honoring traditions. That background brings a unique layer to the healing she offers.
Yoga
Saeja completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with traditional teachers in Rishikesh, India, and has been practicing yoga since 2011. She is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga.
She looks forward to weaving the spiritual growth, movement and breath practice that come from this tradition into everything she offers.
More about her yogaMy goal is to help people reconnect to their bodies and to the earth.
To heal naturally and intuitively with what is innately ours. To reconnect to our spirit, so we may feel at home in our bodies and on the earth and allow ourselves to be healed naturally.
I wholeheartedly believe that through nutrition, intuitive connection, natural healing modalities and herbal remedies we can be our fullest and healthiest selves. I hope to assist you in this journey to help you achieve your most optimal and vibrant health.
May we listen to the earth and let the plants bring us home.
