Classes
Learning how to work with herbal allies in the physical as well as spiritual realms. In person workshops and online immersions.
Herbal Knowledge from the Body
We have an innate intuition as to understanding how plants function in the body. My goal is to foster this intuition so that you can know the plants yourself rather than be told "what they do".
Workshops & Immersions
Each of these can be run as a standalone class, a private group session, or a series.
Herbal Medicine Making
Tinctures, infused oils, salves and honeys — made start to finish. We cover ratios, alcohol percentages, maceration times, straining and storage, and you leave with medicine you made yourself.
